Emanuela Troiani
SMTS Member of the Customer Centric Engineer and part of R&D - Salesforce
Emanuela has several great passions, the top ones are: coding, volunteering, working as a public speaker and exploring the world. In Salesforce, besides dealing with working in the R&D team, she has created and patented an invention to manage sales meetings, she has been awarded the prize for her innovation and dedication to the 1-1-1 model with the volunteer programs. She graduated with a B.Sc. in Computer and Software Engineering from Roma Tre University in Italy. Since she obtained the Erasmus grant she studied one year in Madrid at the University of Cantoblanco, then worked in Dublin.
